Over the past four years, I've had the privilege of serving the Haitian-American community, helping them navigate the complexities of U.S. business systems. Now, I feel called to expand my services to serve all immigrant entrepreneurs who face similar challenges - language barriers, unfamiliar systems, and cultural transitions.

With over a decade of experience in sales, Natacha is also an accomplished author and business coach. The inspiration for IamfabulousBiz was born in 2021 after Natacha attended a business workshop and realized how much her own journey had been hindered by a lack of knowledge. That moment sparked a passion to help others in her community move from uncertainty into clarity and success.

My Journey & Expansion:

After four successful years of serving the Haitian-American community and helping secure over $200K in funding, I've realized that many immigrant entrepreneurs face similar challenges regardless of their country of origin. The language barriers, unfamiliar business systems, and cultural transitions are universal experiences that deserve specialized support.

While coaching is deeply valued in American business culture, I understand that many immigrant communities, including my own Haitian community, are still warming up to this concept. That's exactly why I feel called to bridge this gap - to introduce the transformative power of business coaching to entrepreneurs who may not have had access to it before.

My expansion to serve all immigrant small business owners comes from a place of purpose and calling, not just business growth. Every immigrant entrepreneur deserves the same level of dedicated, culturally-aware support that I've provided to my Haitian-American clients.
